Documents Service

Our document service is there to provide you with some of the simpler legal forms on-line. Contact us for assistance in completing the documents as this is included in the price.

We have set up this service as a "Shareware Documents" type product. We e-mail the product to you and if you use it we trust you to send us a cheque in the post. We only provide telephone support for documents where the fee has been been paid.

Document services on other sites are often not prepared by Scottish Solicitors nor is any advice provided. This is why our documents cost a little more. (You get what you pay for in this world!)

Key Benefits

Benefit 1. Prepare in your own time and at your own pace. This can be done whether you are at home on the Isle of Skye or a skyscraper in New York.

Benefit 2. The ability to obtain specific legal advice re  the document and terms thereof.

Benefit 3. Cost and convenience!

Our Policy:

To provide documents on a "Shareware" type basis and trust the client to pay if the document is of value to him/her.

"A lawyer putting his trust in the client instead of the other way round has to be a first, but we are confident that we can count on the value of the documents and the good faith of the public".
