Our resources include 5 lawyers, three
secretaries and a paralegal.
We have invested heavily in technology such as
an up to the minute Case Management System (Ceartes) and
internet access for all staff.
All case files can be handled electronically however
we prefer the mix of paper and e-commerce at the moment. Perhaps
when we feel completely confident in our IT resources we will
transfer all cases to electronic versions.
The purpose of all the investment in IT is to
give us an advantage over rival firms and enable us to keep up
to date with developments in the law. Case law developments are
of vital importance in the field of Family Law so we regularly
check out the Legal Resource websites that are currently online
to the advantage of our clients.
